Interal offers machining of aluminum with a focus on cutting machining. We can offer complete contract manufacturing of aluminum based on the specific needs of our customers. Interal also has far-reaching collaborations with selected partners who assist with welding, turning, and various surface treatments – with us you always get reliable overall solutions.
Interal offers aluminum processing in modern machines that provide cost-effective and safe processes. We can manufacture everything from small details to lengths of over 2 meters thanks to our range of different machines.
In our machine park, there are several types of cutting machines that provide a stable and repeatable process. Most of our cutting jobs are carried out in fully automatic cutting using CNC technology.
We offer punching and pressing in both small and large volumes, with material thickness of up to 10 mm. Punching and embossing in manual and semi-automatic presses.
With our turning services, you get aluminum products of high quality and with the best surface finish.
Interal offers time-efficient tumbling methods for aluminum parts. Our methods handle detail sizes from 10–600 mm and provide an even and stable result.

Interal is a total supplier for customers in many types of industries. One of our customers is TylöHelo AB, which develops and manufactures sauna units. For TylöHelo, we manufacture and deliver cast aluminum grates, handles for sauna doors, and lacquered aluminum profiles for shower corners.

Production
With our modern machinery in a production area of 5000m2, our skilled employees refine the product with the highest quality, with the support of systematic quality assurance. (Cutting, punching, CNC, lathe machining, bending, welding, de-burring, tumbling, surface treatment)

Aluminum can be continuously recycled
Aluminum originates from ore mining and refining. The metal is converted into products. When the products are worn-out they will be recycled and the aluminum will be used in new products.
